Studio Hillier Completes Trinity Hall On Schedule and Under Budget

Trinity Hall is a private Catholic high school for girls with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). With a growth rate of almost 30% per year, the school rapidly grew out of its building and commissioned Studio Hillier to develop a Master Plan and design a 28,400-square foot addition that doubled the existing school facilities.

The new two-story addition creates an entirely new entrance sequence for the school along with 11 new classrooms and two major “Maker Rooms” dedicated to special projects such as the building of robots. New administration offices, locker rooms, and a new chapel were also built.

The new additions and the main entrance to the school is marked by a new tower that can be seen from Corregidor Boulevard.

Despite challenges along the way Studio Hillier successfully kept the project under budget, meeting cost objectives even when changes were made along the way. Additionally, the project was delivered on schedule. The new two-story building is completed, providing an improved learning environment for more than 300 young students of Trinity Hall.
