Project Type
The Cove at Manhattan Beach is a waterfront remediation project of a formerly light-industrial site into a multi-family residential project. A large portion of this site will be dedicated to a revitalized living sea-shore tidal marsh with walkways and a meandering beachfront promenade accessible to the public.
Prime Location
This project is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown South Amboy offering many restaurants and a train station with easy access into Manhattan, NY. In addition, a future nearby ferry terminal will be constructed shortly, providing additional public transportation options to New York.
The Cove Amenities
Three four-story multi-family residential buildings will incorporate approximately 500 new units with parking garages for over 720 cars. Amenities for all three buildings will include a large infinity pool overlooking the bay with fitness centers, yoga rooms, dog grooming, gaming rooms, lounges, and work-at-home areas with access to large outdoor decks. The exterior high-contrast materials palette of white brick, large pre-cast concrete panels, and Accoya dark stained wood is kept to natural colors expecting to patina and blend with the harsh waterfront environment over time.
