This project in progress includes the complete historic restoration of the original 1806 Cintra Mansion, adjacent Barn and two cottages. Along with 3 new buildings, there will be a total of 29 residential units.

The buildings implement many Green Building practices including sod roofs, rainwater harvesting for irrigation/flushing toilets, and semi-pervious walkways and driveways.  The interiors include Energy-Star® appliances, dual-flush lavatories and energy-efficient lighting.

Residents can enjoy the pleasure of living within a few blocks of exceptional shopping, dining, recreation and cultural activities offered in downtown New Hope.
