The Princeton Farmhouse, located in Hopewell Township on a preserved 82-acre campus, will be a 25,000 square foot catering and event venue designed by Studio Hillier. The venue is scheduled to be completed in 2022 and will accommodate 300 guests for sit-down events.

Upon completion, the Princeton Farmhouse will include a full-service catering and event facility, offices, and a commissary kitchen. The venue will have a full-service liquor license and will partner with local farms in order to cater a fresh menu.

The event space roof will be raised to create an airy modern structure. As owner and chef Max Hansen says, the design will combine “the look and feel of a New England farm compound with a Princeton aesthetic.”

A large deck overlooking a pond will provide beautiful views for guests and serve as an outdoor expansion of the event space. The landscaping will include native and sustainable plants.

The Princeton Farmhouse will offer the community a leading event venue to host private affairs, weddings, conferences, charitable fundraisers, and corporate events.
